RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds on purchases. All Vintage, Custom pieces or Special Orders are final sale. Please reach out to info@studiohira.com for issues with your order.

Store credit is accepted on a case by case basis. Note, the following rules apply in order to receive credit.

Returns must be received by Hira studio within 7 days of return approval, and must include their original, undamaged packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. 

Free shipping will NOT be included when a replacement item is being sent out for an exchange. Please either include a pre-paid postage bag with your returned item for us to send out your replacement in, or we will advise the postage cost to you once reviewed. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. 

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:

  • Has visible wear or damage.
  • Is not in the original packaging, including outer sleeves and tags.
  • Is a final-sale item (this includes custom made, engraved, and sale items).
  • Earrings can not be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

 A $6.00 repackaging fee will be applied per item for missing packaging. Please ensure pieces are wrapped and secured for safe traveling to avoid any damage.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Processing your order usually takes 1 business day. Items that are in stock, such as vintage pieces, are shipped out in about 1-3 business days, Monday through Thursday. Made to order items take between 2 to 6 weeks to complete and are shipped out accordingly.

We ship via UPS ground shipping. Average delivery time is 3-7 business days, however we cannot guarantee how long it will take once in UPS hands. Shipping information will be emailed to the customer after purchase with a tracking number.

VINTAGE DISCLAIMER

All estate, antique and vintage jewelry is sold as is. Please keep in mind that when buying antique and vintage items you are purchasing something that is pre-owned. Most pre-owned items show signs of wear, but that is also what makes them so unique. All of our pre-owned and vintage jewelry have been carefully handpicked and curated by members of HIRAWe do our best to photograph and/or explain the condition of the item as best we can where we know it. 

MATERIALS & CARE

Vintage and hand-made items are precious, please wear with care.

Chemicals, cosmetics and perfumes can all cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of gold, gold vermeil, gold plated, and sterling silver.

We recommend applying perfumes, lotion, or hair spray and letting them dry prior to putting on your jewelry.

Jewelry should always be removed prior to showering, bathing and swimming.

Store your jewelry in a dry space, separate from other jewelry to avoid scratches.

STERLING SILVER

With time, sterling silver may oxidize or display darker color than the the item was received in. Patina and Oxidation is natural. 

Sterling silver jewelry can be cleaned very easily with a polishing cloth.

GOLD PLATING

NEVER use polishing cloth or chemical cleaners on gold plated jewelry as it can strip the gold finish. 

To clean gold plated jewelry buff VERY gently with a soft, dry non-abrasive microfibre cloth. Do *not* use a polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating.

Kindly be advised that it is normal for the gold plated to wear off over time. 

We are not liable for plated jewelry tarnishing after extended wear.

BRASS

With time, raw brass may oxidize or display darker color than the the item was received in. Patina and Oxidation is natural. 

Keep your brass out of humidity and quickly wipe down with a polishing cloth after removing after a day or night of wear.

STAINLESS STEEL

Clean with microfibre cloth or 100% cotton fabric.
